A unique light experience.

A new design strategy,
starting from the users

Flos started a strategic evolution plan to answer in a quicker and sharper way to the requests coming from a more and more fluid and multifaceted market.

The strategic plan has been translated into a roadmap of actions and implementation of the digital touchpoint activities.

Through this extensive strategic evolution plan Flos wanted to respond effectively to the needs of lighting professionals, accompanying them throughout the design process.

The design of the portal is based on 5-week of qualitative research, involving 3 different types of users distributed in six different countries.

We designed a professional dedicated platform which makes information and products available even to more technical users.

Through the reorganization of information we were able to manage the complexity, simplifying and reducing the navigation levels.
